ESOP Modules

Ownership Facts Training is designed to be accessible--it uses images and analogies to increase understanding and retention. Handouts based on the presentation allow people to return to the same images and analogies to reinforce their understanding of the ESOP or other ownership plan.

One version of Ownership Facts Training uses a baseball analogy to explain the four basic steps to ESOP benefits from a participant perspective:

The curriculum also uses images to explain concepts such as allocation formulas based on eligible compensation.
